Delhi-the national capital is changing at a very fast pace and it is changing for the good of its citizens. The government has made substantial efforts towards developing the underdeveloped area of Delhi. The initiation of the majestic and the wonderful Land Pooling Policy has changed the entire layout of the city. As per MPD 2021, the city has been divided into different zones among st which DDA J Zone is located in South Delhi.
Why is South Delhi the Center for Infrastructural Development? South Delhi is one of the most posh districts of Delhi with areas like Saket, Hauz Khas and Vasant Vihar. Despite the fact that this part of Delhi consists of the highest number of millenaries, it still features several underdeveloped areas. By way of the LPP, these villages shall be urbanized. With the large scale development of these villages, the government is trying to bring in even growth throughout South Delhi. Under LPP, the government shall be constructing proper infrastructure on available land. The government would deal into residential units that would be offered to developer entities. Major developments are on the cards in South Delhi considering the area to be one of the most developed regions of the national capital in the near future. The place has environmental and cultural importance and people who own apartments here would feel exclusively lucky in the future. About J Zone It is worth noting that there are several parks and amenities being proposed in the J Zone of Delhi so that people do not miss out on the scope of getting connected with the environment. The environmental and cultural significance of this zone is assisted by several religious places like Sultan Garhi Tomb and Chattarpur Mandir. It is also worth noting that J Zone is the second largest zone under Land Pooling Policy with L Zone reining the first position. Comments are closed.
